World Envision is working with the women as victims of poverty to empowering poor women to challenge and change the way they live. Conducting programs and teaching tailoring, Embroidery, candle making, Saree Trusts, and the likes to make them earn a living. Widows and divorcees who have basic education will be taught Computer basics, Corel draw, Photo shop, DTP, Spoken English and Personality development which will help them get jobs in companies. Of the 1.3 billion people who live in absolute poverty around the globe, 70 percent are women. For these Women, poverty doesn’t just mean scarcity and want, It means rights denied, opportunities curtailed and Voices silenced. Sourcing jobs for women after training them in our facility will be done meticulously.

Professional Guidance will be given and financial help will be extended for women groups to start small scale industries, Self working groups will be encouraged and new methods of producing goods will be taught on regular intervals. The ability to learn skills for improving one personal or group power will be emphasized. Women Empowerment refers to increasing the spiritual, political, social and economic strength of Women. It involves developing confidence in their own capabilities.
Micro Financing individual Women and Women groups to set up small businesses will be encouraged..
